• App: The beauty salon app, including all its features and functionalities.
• User: You, the individual using the App to book appointments, view services, and interact with the beauty services provider.
• Salon: The Barbers, spa and beauty salon that provides the services listed on the App.
• Services: The beauty services and packages offered by the salon.
• You can book appointments through the App, subject to availability.
• Appointment confirmation will be sent via email or push notification.
• We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your appointment.
• Service prices are listed on the App and may be subject to change.
• Payment can be made securely through the App using a credit card or debit card.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.
• Be Fresh App will deduct an amount based on the agreed deduction amount in each financial transaction.
1. If the customer cancels the reservation 6 hours before the date, the full amount will be refunded after deduction of 2.2% + 2.00 SAR.
2. If the customer cancels the reservation 3 hours before the date, 75% of the amount will be refunded after deduction of 2.2% + 2.00 SAR.
3. If the customer cancels the reservation and the appointment is less than 3 hours, 50% of the amount will be refunded after deduction of 2.2% + 2.00 SAR.
4. Refund period within 3 working days.
1. Booking can be canceled 3 hours in advance.
2. If the customer does not attend 3 appointments, their account will be discontinued.
• You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only.
• You will not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its servers.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• The App is provided 'as is' and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information on the App.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App will be limited to the amount you paid for the services.
• The App and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
• We may terminate your access to the App for any suspicious or manipulative activity, at any time, without notice.
• We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the App.
• These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
